DEVON COUNTY MASTERS WIN REGIONAL INTER COUNTY SHIELD
The Devon County Masters team have, once again, retained the Regional Inter County Shield.
The event held at Millfield pool on Sunday 12th November had teams from Cornwall, Somerset, Gloucester, Wiltshire and Devon racing against each other.
The Devon team, which included swimmers from 18 years through to those in their 70s and 80s, put in a spirited and determined performance to take the shield once again, although at stages during the event they were pushed hard by an excellent Gloucester team.
At the end of the programme, the results were as follows:
