How to apply
Please submit your C.V. and a short summary of why you are interested in this role to Helen Ward, LSC Chair at
by Monday 21stMay 2018.
I have forwarded this e mail as I would like to get an Assistant coaching course running in the region and you have either expressed an interest or you are involved in club swimming. Please pass this e mail to anyone you know who might be interested.
The likely venue is Saltash leisure centre which is easily accessible from Devon or Cornwall. The course will be blended which means the learner does most of the theory in their own time on the computer and then we have a few face to face sessions to do the practical. The most likely times are 2 x Friday evenings and 2 x Sundays, probably lunchtime until about 7pm (TBC), these would fit in with the club swimmers for us to coach.
The 2nd and the 4th and the 23rd and 25th November look like the best dates for this. Check your diary’s and see if this works for you and your clubs.
Please would you e mail me to confirm your interest (not a binding commitment) so that we can get this going by Monday 21st May. If you want to do it but the venue doesn’t suit you please let me know where you would like a course to be held. It may be that we can get 2 courses running.
